Cooking
Soak the peas the night before cooking or for a few hours. Pour water in a saucepan and add the peas. Cook until tender.
Onions and carrots chop and fry until Golden brown.
Slice sausage and fry with the carrots and onions.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into bars.
In a pan, add the potatoes and sauté.
On a coarse grater RUB the melted cheese and add to the soup.
Salt, pepper, add spices to taste. At the end of cooking add the greens. I added parsley and dill.
