Salad
Bright, fragrant and light salad. It certainly will decorate your holiday table or romantic dinner.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Shrimp

    100 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Radishes

    100 g

  • Lettuce

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • The mixture of peppers

Cooking

Cucumber wash and cut into thin slices with a knife for cleaning of vegetables.

Grate radishes (sliced) thin circles.

Shrimp give yourself to thaw, clean.

Peel the garlic, finely chop and fry in vegetable oil until light aroma.

Put in the garlic butter shrimp, fry for few seconds and pour 1 tbsp. of soy sauce "Kikkoman", stir.

Pour the shrimp with lemon juice and remove from heat.

The salad can be issued on a common dish, but I prefer the flow in portions on plates. Lettuce wash, dry it with a paper towel, tear (or cut) and put on a plate.

On the salad put the cucumbers and radishes, sprinkle with the remaining soy sauce "Kikkoman".

Put vegetables on top of shrimp, pour fragrant oil from the pan. Eggs put into cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes so that the yolk remained liquid. Decorate the salad with quartered boiled eggs, and sprinkle with a mixture of freshly-ground pepper, serve immediately. Bon appetit!
