Salad of mackerel, potatoes and celery
I offer a warm mackerel salad with potatoes and celery. Juicy, fresh, hearty and delicious salad with a spicy dressing.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    100 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    3 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    6 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

Mackerel to cook convenient way for you. Boil, bake in the oven or microwave. You can also take mackerel hot smoked. I baked it in the oven in foil, season with fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice, 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.

Boil potatoes until tender.

While baked fish and boiled potatoes, celery wash, if necessary, remove the upper hard layer and slice thinly across.

Onions wash and finely chop.

Prepare the filling. Mix the yogurt, mustard, olive oil and soy sauce. I used soy sauce TM Kikkoman light.

Prepared mackerel to clean from the bones and taken into not too small pieces.

Boiled potatoes cool slightly and cut into cubes.

Sliced potatoes immediately mix with the dressing, add the fish, onions and celery. Stir and serve warm.
