Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dill

  • Gelatin

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.

Add the liver, season with salt and pepper and cook for another 20 minutes.

Cool and crank through a meat grinder.

Carrots grate on a fine grater. Soak gelatine in Cup cold water for 10 minutes, then heat, stirring constantly.

The liver mix with the carrots, add half the gelatin and stir.

Cheese RUB on a small grater, mix with finely chopped dill. Add the remaining half Cup of gelatin and stir.

In molds put our toppings, alternating: liver cheese-liver or Vice versa. And remove overnight in the refrigerator.
