Cottage cheese and orange casserole
Air, more like a souffle, cheesecake. My 2 year old niece stuff down for both cheeks.

Ingredients

  • Potato starch

    4 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Vanilla

Separate the yolks from the whites.

In a blender mix the cheese, egg yolks, sour cream, powdered sugar, 2 tbsp corn starch and vanilla. Beat until smooth.

Proteins vzbit to strong peaks. Gently stir whites into cottage cheese.

Form for baking grease with oil.

Put the cheese mass in the form and flatten.

In a blender blend the pulp of two oranges (without seeds and white veins) and starch. The resulting mass pour into the baking dish on a layer of curd.

Bake in the oven preheated to 180 gr., for about 40 minutes.

The casserole during the baking process well rise, and then fall. Give the casserole to cool completely and cut into portions.
