My first recipe on your favorite website. Sweets like Raffaello only externally, inside they are completely different.

Cooking
Whip chilled whites.
Not stopping to whisk the egg whites in a thin stream add the sugar. Whisk to form a "solid peaks".
Meringue spread on a greased baking sheet using a pastry syringe or spoon.
Preheat the oven to 120 degrees and bake meringues 40 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 100 degrees and dry the meringue for another 40 minutes. Finished meringues cool.
Ready to break meringue into small pieces.
Crushed meringue mixed with chilled mascarpone until a homogeneous mass.
From the resulting mass to form balls.
The balls roll in coconut flakes and put into the freezer for 2-3 hours.
