Help yourself!

Cooking

step-0
Our unpretentious food! Just want to answer the question about the yeast. I'm always in this recipe, use fresh yeast, dry too, probably will succeed, but I have not tried. Instead of yogurt you can take and yogurt, and just sour milk - fat content does not matter.
step-1
The first step throws the cherries on a sieve, to stack excess fluid. Many will ask, can I use fresh berries? - I do not know because I always make this recipe with just canned cherries. Fresh berry has a feature to let the juice and how to behave with this test, it's hard for me to say though... do not try - do not know =)
step-2
In a bowl, pour 250 ml of yogurt, dissolve the yeast and 110 g of sugar.
step-3
Introduce 200 g of soft margarine. Opponents of margarine can safely replace it with the softened butter. Stir, I do it by hand =)
step-4
Gradually introduce the sifted flour.
step-5
Add flour gradually, the dough is the consistency of sticky grease, but with the addition of flour to get a soft, smooth Kolobok. The dough is not necessary - just start to work with him.
step-6
Divide the dough into 6 pieces.
step-7
Each part roll out ( not too thinly, about 22 cm on the diagonal) and cut into 8 segments.
step-8
Such a triangle lay out the cherries.
step-9
Connect all three edges together, samipya.
step-10
Now suscipiam open space and we get such a form. You may ask, why go to the trouble so to me the recipe, and it is this forming I always use.
step-11
Ready for baking pies spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Ideally, lubricates the beaten egg yolk with milk - I have very pale yolks with cream. The top is sprinkled with sugar. Sugar can be normal white and brown. Put the pan in a preheated oven ( 190 degrees) for 20 - 25 minutes, until bright Golden color.
step-12
Here are cute they turned out!
step-13
Brewing tea-coffee or just pour some milk and enjoy!
step-14
And this is in the context of the bite, it was broken off...
step-15
Closer!
step-16
Bon appetit!!!
