Marinated zucchini with carrots
Under good snack on the holiday table! Crispy and flavorful! Rosemary gave a piquancy.

Ingredients

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Rosemary

    1 sprig

  • Allspice

    3 piece

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

Peel the carrots, zucchini and pepper wash.
