Last year I discovered a delicious jam which is infused flavours of strawberry, orange, mint and spicy ginger! This year share the recipe with you, my dear cooks!

Cooking
Of our ingredients, you should get a jar Or 750 as I have 2 jars (500g and 250g). Strawberries to get rid of the stalks, rinse well, dry. Oranges pour over boiling water, thinly slice half circles. The prepared food is put in containers where they will cook (I have a copper pan).

Fill the strawberries and oranges and leave for 4-5 hours.
Mint chop, ginger RUB on a small grater.
Jam put on fire, add the mint and ginger, boil after boiling, skimming, 5-6 minutes.
Jam leave for a day then boil for another 10 minutes.
The cooled jam pour into sterilized dry banks, cover.
