Sharp dressing for first dishes
A winter grown dried chilli whole pods, and I make this dressing all winter long. This dressing can be added to any first and second courses, but I do it every year and use adding to the finished soup in a bowl. Cooking I salted entrees, and at the table, salt this dressing the soup is to your liking.

Ingredients

  • Chili
