Salad
Salad with squid and shrimp for the contest "Scarlett March 8". Pink shrimp and orange carrots gave the name of the salad.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    300 g

  • Squid

    500 g

  • Carrots

    500 g

  • Onion

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Salt

Cooking

Squid boil in boiling water for 3 minutes and cut into strips.

Carrots cleaned, RUB on a large grater and fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan first, allow to cool.

Onion clean, finely chop and fry, let cool.

Eggs boil, clear, RUB on a coarse grater.

The shrimp I had cooked and frozen so I just defrosted.

Collect salad. I was served a La carte, in glasses. On the bottom lay out a layer of squid, salt, sprinkle lightly with mayonnaise.

Next, a layer of fried onions.

Then a layer of roasted carrots.

The next layer of eggs with salt and also lightly grease with mayonnaise.
