Salad Shalash
"I was with sweet heaven in a tent, I rejoice each time I collect forget-me-Reading Beaumarchais..." ...and still cute and my favorite cooks.. I sincerely wish you that You build your Paradise in a sturdy and cozy castle:).. to "the love boat crashed about life"...and a tent if only so tasty.. juicy.. light and delicate salad of grilled potatoes, fresh tomatoes.. salt cucumber green beans.. green.. pink..... Your loved one will be hungry.. happy and turn into purring cats:)

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Salmon

    1 can

  • Romano

    300 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Dill

  • Parsley

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    3 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

potatoes cut into long strips and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil until Golden brown

throw the beans in a saucepan with boiling salted water and cook for 3 minutes, then recline in a colander and allow to cool

carrot three on a small grater, a tomato and cucumber cut into cubes, dill wash and chop

canned mash with a fork (the liquid should all merge..you can leave 1 tsp if dry fish)

mix the fish with marcovicci, tomato, dill, cucumber and dressed with mustard with sour cream (or you can take light mayonnaise)

add kidney beans, stir all gently with a spoon

put a slide on the plate the entire salad covered with fried potatoes

decorate nasch "shalashik" the petrushechka and pleasant your appetite! :)
