Beef liver special
The liver is really special: tender, flavorful, delicious-it just melts in your mouth. A dish perfect for the holiday table in a warm family circle.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Liver wash, remove the film and clean up the streaks. Cut into pieces a La carte. Pour the milk and put into the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

The egg slightly beat with a fork along with soy sauce. Add mustard, flour and pepper and stir until smooth.

Pour the milk and pour the liver with the marinade, stir and put into the refrigerator for 5-7 hours, preferably overnight.

Fry the liver in a pan in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

    Оставляла на ночь в холодильнике, получилось вкусно. Чувствуется и перчик и горчица, мясо мягкое и мука в рецепте не заметна
