Verrine of mackerel with beetroot
Verrine is snacks that are usually served in small glasses-120 - 140 ml.. the Layers should be clear and appetizing view. I think this appetizer will diversify Your menu for the holiday, and even during the week, lunch is going to be a table decoration, for sure. Treat your most loved ones.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Figure

    1 pack

  • Mackerel

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cream

    70 ml

  • Green onions

    2 sprig

  • Salt

  • Horseradish

    1 tsp

Pre-cook rice and bake the beets. The time is indicated without the account of these actions. I use Jasmine rice from TM Mistral bags, it is very convenient. Cook according to instructions.

Beetroot peel and grate on a coarse grater.

In blender, chop half of the beets and 1 clove garlic.

Mix the beets with the rice and season with salt. Put in two glasses.

The feathers of green onions wash, dry and chop finely. Sprinkle with rice - beetroot layer.

Mackerel milling (cleaned from skin and bones), cut into small dice. Put a layer in the glasses. Leave a few pieces for decoration.
