Cooking
Pre-cook rice and bake the beets. The time is indicated without the account of these actions. I use Jasmine rice from TM Mistral bags, it is very convenient. Cook according to instructions.
Beetroot peel and grate on a coarse grater.
In blender, chop half of the beets and 1 clove garlic.
Mix the beets with the rice and season with salt. Put in two glasses.
The feathers of green onions wash, dry and chop finely. Sprinkle with rice - beetroot layer.
Mackerel milling (cleaned from skin and bones), cut into small dice. Put a layer in the glasses. Leave a few pieces for decoration.
In verinag always have creamy components that make of the remaining beets. Mix it with cream, horseradish, garlic clove and mix in blender.
Garnish with rice, slices of mackerel and green onion.
