  • Carrots

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Meat boiled with 1 onion and 1 carrot. Remove and cut into thin slices, strain the broth.

Flour, eggs, salt and 4 tbsp water to knead the dough. Roll it into a thin layer, cut into diamonds and cook in salted broth 6-8 min. Remove with a slotted spoon.

The remaining onions and carrots cut into rings and fry in vegetable oil.

When serving put in dish of boiled dough, meat, fried onions and carrots. To pour the broth.
