Ear
Well, I continue my "fish" theme. Ear you can make absolutely any fish, you can cook outdoors and at home. In Odessa we often cook soup, as they say "Schaub is not lost", of heads and tails that remain after cooking dinner!

Ingredients

  • Water

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Spices

  • Fish

Mmmmm, for dinner we have the ear! Take a pot of "favorite size" (it means who how many servings necessary, this pan and choose). Pour water, add salt (neosol on the table - pea on the back) and put on fire until boiling. While water is boiling prepare the vegetables: • Potatoes clean, and cut in oblong slices. • Carrots clean, wash, cut into slices. • The onion (it is better to take not large) clean, wash and put whole.

When the water boils, put the vegetables. Prepare the fish. Defrost (if refrigerator), or clean, wash and cut into pieces a La carte.

Add spices (I add dried herbs from the brand "Mriya"). And allow to boil.

Pour osicku on plates and sprinkle with chopped herbs if no fresh, fit and dried (I use saline).
