Before I found the recipe in the brochure, the fish "sea tongue," I didn't eat at all (not like in those versions that I tried). But out of a desire to try something new decided to cook found this recipe... and did not regret it! I have this recipe now I love it.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    300 g

  • Potatoes

  • Mayonnaise

  • Spices

  • Chicken egg

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Cheese

Preparation of products. Eggs boil, RUB on a small grater. - Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Onions finely shred and fry until Golden brown Filet of fish cut into pieces Tomato cut into slices, Cheese grate on a coarse grater

Accomplish it the tomatoes (also greased with mayonnaise) and a thick layer of cheese (I love cheese, so I put a lot). Then send the "pumps" in the oven for 60 minutes at 180 degrees. BON APPETIT!!!
