Before I found the recipe in the brochure, the fish "sea tongue," I didn't eat at all (not like in those versions that I tried). But out of a desire to try something new decided to cook found this recipe... and did not regret it! I have this recipe now I love it.

Cooking
Preparation of products. Eggs boil, RUB on a small grater. - Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Onions finely shred and fry until Golden brown Filet of fish cut into pieces Tomato cut into slices, Cheese grate on a coarse grater
Begin to lay out the products in the "boats" layers. The first layer of fish fillet (fillet salt and pepper, sprinkle with spices to taste), then a layer of mayonnaise.
The next layer - potatoes (also salt, pepper, mayonnaise).
On top of the potato layer, put a layer eggs and onions. The top layer of mayonnaise.
Accomplish it the tomatoes (also greased with mayonnaise) and a thick layer of cheese (I love cheese, so I put a lot). Then send the "pumps" in the oven for 60 minutes at 180 degrees. BON APPETIT!!!
