A delicious and hearty side dish! My husband loves it just like that... without the meat. But for the meat-eaters will not prevent chops! And "Muse" with it? Come on... tell.

Ingredients

  • Green beans

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    10 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Pork

    350 g

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Beans boil until tender, rinse with cold water. I have cooked frozen beans. I it thawed.

Peel the carrot and cut into half rings. Fry in sunflower oil over high heat

Mushrooms to clean. Cut into thin plates. Add to the carrots. Stir and continue to cook.

Peppers to clean. Cut in half. We will only need 1/2 of each pepper. Slice into thin strips. Add to the mushrooms. Fry.

The cherry tomatoes cut in half. Add tomatoes and beans to garnish. Mix well. Fry.

Add Kikkoman soy sauce. Pepper and salt. Stir and fry for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, cover with a lid.

Pork tenderloin cut into chops. It is good to recapture both sides.

In a separate bowl, mix milk, flour, eggs and sesame seeds. Add 1/2 tsp salt. Stir. Leave for 5 minutes.

Dip meat on both sides in the breadcrumbs.

Fry in sunflower oil over medium heat until tender.
