Description

Cooking
Here is a small set of our products.
Grape leaves, rinsed under running water, fold in a large pot, pour boiling water (for 2 min!!!), cover with a lid.

Each piece of cheese wrapped in a grape leaf.
Fold the wrapped up cheese in the pan (I have 1, 5 liter).
Pour the wine and put in a warm place under pressure on the day.
A day expand our cheese and that's what we get (it's not ham, it's cheese!!!)
