Cheese put on a flat plate and send in the microwave to melt (for me it took 3-4min). Tray or other flat dish covered with cling film, gently shift the melted cheese on it and smooth it with a spoon (or hands if not too hot), giving the shape of a rectangle.
Then on one half of our cheese of the workpiece to decompose the mixture of dried fruit with nuts and lightly press them into cheese.
Cover the second half of the workpiece and have a good squeeze at the top, so the edges stuck together. To do all of it quickly so the cheese did not have time to harden. Cover all with plastic wrap and clean up overnight in the fridge.
Then cheese Board to reach arbitrarily cut.
Before serving cheese snack need to give a little to stand at room temperature, a bottle of chilled wine... and enjoy...
