Not everyone has the opportunity for the New Year to install a real or artificial tree. In this case, this salad will decorate any Christmas table. And embellishment of such a tree can be enjoyed the whole family, children will be interested.

Cooking
Chicken breast and pineapple cut into cubes, add corn. Cook rice, allow to cool and add to the salad.
For the sauce: avocado, kiwi, parsley, dill and sour cream to punch in a blender to puree. Add lemon juice to avocado not darkened.
Boil eggs. From eggs to separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins RUB on a small grater and add to them half of the sauce, mix well.
The chopped yolks add the second half of the sauce, and this mixture to fill salad.
On a platter to form a Christmas tree.

Decorate. For decoration I used: cucumber, green onion, tomato, cherry tomatoes, olives, carrots, corn, greens.
