Salad
Very tasty, light salad. Inspired salad chef Totusi, for which many thanks to her. With my changes (for our taste).

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    2 kg

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Ketchup

    50 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Cheese

Shrimp boil until cooked with the addition of a Bay leaf, fragrant pepper and spices for fish. Clean shrimp and cut in half, sprinkle with lemon juice. Boil the potatoes and eggs. Grate (in a separate bowl). Cut the tomato, remove the seeds and liquid. Cut into small pieces. Grate cheese on a grater. To make the sauce. Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, pressed garlic, "viola" and cream. Put in the prepared sauce shrimp and soaking them in the sauce for at least 1 hour (I had stood the night). In a flat dish the first layer spread 1/3 of the shrimp with sauce (try in a lower layer of shrimp to the dry).

The next layer is eggs, and on top lay the remaining shrimp along with the sauce (the sauce on top will impregnate all the layers).
