Spicy, hearty salad with beans.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    0.5 cup

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Red onion

  • Lemon juice

Soak the beans overnight and then boil in clear water until tender. For this salad I chose beans "Pinto" from TM Mistral, when cooking the beans it turns a delicate pink color. Salad we have sold already washed and chopped into large pieces.
