Cake
The recipe for this cake I saw on TV. He had me immediately interested. First, it is done quickly and does not need to bake, secondly, the cake composition does not include sugar. And third, if you look at the ingredients - a solid vitamins and minerals. I think a slice of this cake can not afford, even those who are dieting.

Ingredients

  • Raisins

    300 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Flour flax

    100 g

  • Buckwheat flour

    10 g

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    30 g

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Nuts

    150 g

  • Honey

    70 g

  • Mint

    10 piece

Cooking

Grind in a blender the raisins, honey, butter, cocoa. The raisins before use, preferably steamed.

Put the mixture in a bowl and add Flaxseed and buckwheat flour, mix thoroughly.

I want to show Flaxseed meal. I bought it in the supermarket "Auchan". Vegetable fiber from seed flax is linseed meal. And is relatively expensive. The flour itself has no smell and special flavor.
