Amazing chocolate cream filling!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Chocolate milk

    200 g

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Fruit

    250 g

Sugar mix with the butter into crumbs. Add flour, egg, 40 ml of cold water, a pinch of salt. Knead the dough and put in refrigerator for about half an hour.

For the filling, melt the chocolate (usually write – in a water bath, I always make a really small fire, it's easier and faster, the main thing – all the time to mix, then don't stick). I took a bar of milk and a bar of bitter.

Pour the cream into it and stir.

Whisk the eggs.

Pour a little of the chocolate cream (on the spoon, I poured spoonfuls seven), whisk. Then add the remaining cream and beat with a mixer. Is quite liquid mass.

Spread a thin layer of dough into shape (I still make the baking paper), make a small side and put in oven for 5 minutes.

Take out the dough, put it on fruit. I took the dried cherries and chopped candied pineapple pieces. Can have fruit and canned.

On top of the fruit pour the creamy mass.

Put it all in the oven and bake at 180 deg. The filling needs to harden, but in the middle maybe a little to sway. Roughly time - 40-50 minutes. Let cool in the form. Better then cover the top with film or foil and remove overnight in the refrigerator. Bon appetit and good mood!!!
