Cooking
Soft butter cut into pieces
Add brown sugar TM Mistral and beat with a mixer.
To whipped with sugar and butter add eggs, cheese and flour.
Beat until a homogeneous mass of lush.
Then add soda slaked vinegar, raisins and lemon zest. Mix well.
The finished dough pour in the form for baking cake and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 1 hour.
The finished cake remove from the mold when cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
