If you like carrot cakes then you more here! Funky jam, despite the fact that cooked carrots, I do and nothing : ( ( (. None of mine never have guessed what this jam, and ate it instantly. This recipe is especially tried to dispose of the "tails" of the young carrots, which I do a lot of the country.

Cooking
Of the two bundles of carrots turned out 2 cups finely chopped carrots (you can grate, so I think it would be even better if you have no blender at the cottage). Carrot has not been cleaned, just well-washed with a stiff sponge.
To connect carrots, chopped pear (about 1 Cup), canned pineapple (with juice), lemon juice, cinnamon.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for approximately 20-25 minutes until the carrots soften, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, mash with a potato masher until puréed (or blender)
Sprinkle with pectin (selfexam).
Again bring to a boil, add sugar. Keep on heat until the sugar dissolves.
Remove the foam and pour coconut. Stir. Cool.
Джем потрясающе вкусный! Вообще не скажешь,что там есть морковь. Лимона у меня не было, я добавила 1 чайную ложку лимонной кислоты. Обязательно попробуйте, очень необычный джем!!
