Lecho-ajika hot pepper
Recently my friend shared a recipe, saying that it turns out incredibly tasty sauce, a cross between kefir and cheese, and highly recommend to try this recipe. Taking into account that my men love everything spicy, I decided to translate this recipe. Preparation and testing was a great success! tasters are alive and happy here and I want to share this recipe with you. Lovers of sharp little dig in!!!

Ingredients

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    500 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Water

    700 ml

  • Tomato paste

    250 g

  • Sunflower oil

    80 ml

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Most "terrible" in this recipe is a hot pepper, or rather his preparation. I have a home pepper, that's so beautiful. My peppers, cleaned from seeds and cut into strips.
