Green lentils, rinse and soak for 30 minutes. You can not soak, however, the stew will be slightly longer. Drain the water and put to boil, to remove foam periodically. Simmer for about 40 minutes. Fry the chopped - onion, carrot, bell pepper. Add to the soup frozen cabbage and sauteed vegetables, Bay leaf and ground cumin. Bring to the boil and cook for another 5-7 minutes until cooked cabbage on low heat. Season with salt to taste. Bon appetit!
