Cooking
Boil chicken broth in a saucepan. Peeled potatoes cut into cubes and add to broth. Boil beets, carrots, and broccoli. Grind to puree state, on a fine grater or in a blender. Each filler should be 2 tbsp.
Beat eggs with salt, add 3-4 tablespoons of flour and mix thoroughly.
Divide the dough into three pieces (with a spoon) and each add different mashed potatoes, mix well and add the flour, knead the dough, as dumplings.
Mix cottage cheese with finely chopped greens and salt.
The dough ball split in half, roll out. Put a little on the dough stuffed with cheese.
Cover with the second layer of dough. Carefully press down between the fillings.
Onion two types of cut into half rings, carrots to slice or grate, pepper cubes (I had frozen). Broccoli divided into small florets.
In a pot add red onion, carrots, broccoli, spices and salt.
