Cheese balls
Very simple and tasty snack. These beads always attract attention and the first to disappear from the table. If each insert a skewer, get ideal for gatherings in the fourchette format.

Ingredients

  • Dutch cheese

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Nuts

    100 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Pepper white

    1 pinch

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Chili

    1 pinch

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

Cheese varieties and peel the carrots and grate on a fine grater

Walnuts or peanuts ( which is more like ), lightly fry in a dry frying pan and grind in a blender to crumbs ( not too fine ). The cloves of garlic chop very finely.

In a bowl, combine cheese, carrots, garlic and nuts, add salt to taste, ground black, white and red pepper mayonnaise about 2 — 3 tbsp and mix well.

From the resulting mass to form balls the size of a apricot

For breading the balls in two separate plates, pour black sesame seeds and finely chopped dill, roll them in cheese balls. Put into the refrigerator for 20 minutes to cool.
