Vitamin cocktail is the cranberry
Here winter is in full swing, and begins to feel a lack of vitamins. Sensing this, I began to think what would please themselves and their home. Studying vegan kitchen, I found a lot of different fruit and vegetable shakes and smoothies. Having estimated the availability of ingredients, come up with your own))) it was very tasty, and most importantly insanely good!!!

Ingredients

  • Juice

    1 cup

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Cranberry

    1 cup

  • Ice

To prepare this vitamin cocktail you will need: - a banana (I pre-freeze them in the freezer), fruit juice (I used grape, but I think you can experiment) - cranberries ( I have frozen, but I think you can use fresh berries) ice - optional, and if you are sure that your blender will be able to break it into fine crumbs

In the bowl of a blender pour the juice, then add chopped pieces of banana and berries. If desired, add ice. Turn on the blender and stir the ingredients until smooth.

Pour the mixture into your favorite glass and decorate with berries) Voila! Cocktail is ready! Bon appetit!)))
