Salad
A delicious spring salad. Looks beautiful on the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Daikon

    400 g

  • Cucumber

    200 g

  • Green onions

    100 g

  • Garlic

    3 piece

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Greens

    100 g

  • Radishes

    5 piece

  • Walnuts

  • Yolk egg

    0.25 piece

Cooking

Do daisies. We need two graters with holes of different sizes (larger and smaller)

Three half a radish on a coarse grater, half on small

From large chips put the bottom circle

Of egg yolk (corn, piece of lemon peel or yellow Apple) make middle of the flower

The middle flower slightly sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Daisy is ready!

Daikon (for clarity I took the carrot) a knife for cleaning of vegetables cut into ribbons, cut them into pieces-strips of 7-8 cm in length

Stripes pinned on a wooden toothpick

Move towards each other. The ends of the floss to be cut with scissors, stepping back a little from each side.
