Lentil soup with smoked Turkey
Fragrant, tasty and useful soup!

Ingredients

  • Broth

    3 l

  • Breast

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Oregano

    1 cup

  • Lentils

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Cooking

Put on the fire pan, pour vegetable oil and fry the finely chopped onion and garlic.

Add the grated carrots. Mix well.

After a couple of minutes add the lentils and broth. On high heat bring to boil, cover and 30 minutes to cook until the lentils are soft.

Meat cut into cubes.

Put in a pot oregano, slices of Turkey. Bring to a boil.

Serve hot with greens.
