  • Squid

  • Cognac

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cilantro

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Basil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

  • Water

    100 ml

Passeruem onion and garlic in vegetable oil 2-3 minutes. Pan to take, preferably with a thick bottom.
