Potatoes baked in cream with herbs
Almost graten... but easier.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Cream

    350 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

  • Rosemary

    1 tsp

Cooking

Heat the cream until warm, add the herbs and garlic.

Warm up 10 minutes on low heat (it should smell... if you don't like the flavor of thyme or rosemary - this dish is not for You. or just do not put this pot)

Potatoes cut into slices, season with salt and pepper

Drain hot cream

Pour the potatoes, put in the oven at 200 degrees. Bake for about 15 minutes.

Take out, stir, sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven for another 15-20 minutes. Ready!
