Description

The avocado cream with cod liver and capers
Very simple but very tasty appetizer of avocado and cod liver. Goes well with wines and spirits.

Ingredients

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Cod liver oil

    125 g

  • Lemon juice

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Parsley

  • Basil

  • Sauce

  • Capers

    1.5 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

Avocado wash, dry, cut into two halves. Remove the seeds, peel. Cut into large cubes.

Drain the oil from cod liver, peel the garlic. In the bowl of a blender combine avocado, cod liver oil, garlic. Add lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper.

Wash and dry the greens. To add to all the ingredients.

Tabasco sauce to taste and capers.

Two tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Grind everything in a blender until smooth and creamy. Before serving store in refrigerator.

Very tasty with corn tortillas.
