This is the Czech national dish "smazeny cheese", i.e. fried.
Ingredients

Chicken egg

Bread crumbs

Cheese

Cooking
Whisk the eggs, add salt and pepper, and 2-3 tsp of flour to make a batter. Cut strips of cheese (thickness about 1 cm).
Dip in flour, in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs.
Heat oil, at least to 1/3 of cheese was in the oil (if the oil it turns out a lot of fat). And quickly fry on each side until Golden brown (about 3 minutes on a gas stove).
That's all! our cheese is ready!
