Fitness - salad with seeds and corn flakes

Pumpkin seeds - contain up to 50 % fatty oil, organic acids, vitamins C, B1, carotenoids, protein, fiber, iron, copper, magnesium, manganese and phosphorus, calcium, potassium, zinc, selenium, folic acid, and linolenic acid, which strengthens the arteries. Sesame seed contains large amounts of vitamin E, proteins, fats, amino acids, carotene and vitamins B. Protein balanced their is not much worse cold. Flaxseed, thanks to its unique composition, can be considered nutraceutical, i.e., product, revitalizing the human body, representing an ideal natural remedy for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease and many other diseases associated with impaired blood flow, thrombosis, and cancer of different localization.   • Tomato

    9 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

  • Seeds

    3 tsp

  • Corn flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    50 g

  • Vinegar

    50 g

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Oil pumpkin

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Salad wash, dry, chop.

Tomatoes cut into 2-3 parts; beets - diced; onions - thin rings.

Grind the herbs and put the lettuce and vegetables in a bowl or the plate.

in a saucepan mix well the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, pumpkin seed oil, salt, pepper, and dressed with salad dressing.

Sprinkle with corn flakes
