Cooking
The first layer - grated on a coarse grater boiled potatoes, a little grease mayonnaise
Next - a layer of grated on a coarse grater boiled liver (I had pork, you can, of course, and chicken, and govagua), to pritrusit seasonings.
Layer fried with onions mushrooms
Chopped egg and mayonnaise mesh
And the last layer of grated beets. Coat with mayonnaise and put on half an hour to soak in the fridge. The salad was really tasty, horoshisty and, of course, beneficial to the liver.Bon appetit!
