Cooking
Zucchini wash, peel and chop in any convenient way. I did it in food processor.
Fry the onions until Golden.
Carrots sauté until soft.
Mix the carrots and onions and grind in a blender, and add to the zucchini..
Finely chop the herbs and add them to the vegetables.
There also add seasonings.
All thoroughly already in the vessel in which we cook eggs. It is better to take the pot with a thick bottom. Cover with a lid and put on medium heat.
Flour and fry, stirring, over low heat until it changes color. Set aside and cool.
An hour and a half to extinguish the vegetables under a lid on medium heat with a little heat. After half an hour remove the lid and boil off remaining liquid. Add the roasted flour 10 minutes before the end of cooking. Stir as it should.
Blend the vegetables with immersion blender. Decomposed into sterilized jars, lightly SCREW the lids on the jars (this is mandatory, otherwise the eggs will run away, breaking the cover and stain the oven))) and put them in a cold oven. Turn the oven on 150 degrees. And wait for the eggs in the pot to a boil. Half liter cans boil for 10 minutes. Of 0.7 to 15 minutes, liter-20 minutes. I recommend to put in jars with a capacity of not more than 500 ml. Hand in an oven MITT to remove the jar from the oven, with the second hand in a potholder, tighten the cap until the end, much. To turn and put on a towel. Top wrap something warm to full cool. I keep in the fridge... just in case))and I didn't much at all.. And close by any known means. I'm so closed.
Here caviar is cold... and now-as a Treat!
