Bean soup with prunes
This recipe I found in one of the cooking magazines, and he attracted me with their uniqueness. I have to admit that boiled him in a purely experimental purposes, but the soup was very fresh and tasty. The male part of my family was skeptical, I liked it very much. Try to cook something new, maybe you like it too!

Ingredients

  • Beans

  • Carrots

  • Green onions

  • Potatoes

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Prunes

    150 g

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Of canned beans (tin 420 g) the soup is cooked very quickly. If you use plain beans, you will need to soak overnight and then boil until tender. So beans drain in a colander, rinse. Carrots and potatoes clean, cut into pieces.

Onions and garlic cut into slices.

Prunes wash and cut into not very small. A few green onion thinly slice.

All the vegetables to throw into the boiling water and cook until tender, at the end add the beans. Meanwhile, in a pan melt the butter, add the flour and fry it.

Fried add to the soup and stir, to avoid lumps. Cook for 10 minutes, soup will thicken. With the help of a blender ready soup grind into a puree if it will seem very thick, add a little water. Soup salt and pepper to taste, add the prunes and cook for one minute. Then add vinegar and maybe some sugar.
