Soup with rice, zucchini and peas
Very tasty soup - thick, hearty... Perfect for vegetarians and also for everyone who is fasting.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Figure

    0.333 cup

  • Green peas

    0.5 cup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Seasoning

    0.5 tsp

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Water

    300 ml

For this dish I used the pot Zepter.

Zucchini peel, cut into small cubes and put in a cold Zepter pot.

Add grated on a coarse grater carrots.

Potatoes cut into bigger cubes and add to the pot.

Add frozen green peas.

Add the rice and herbs. Pour into a saucepan 300 ml of water, to stir the contents. Cover the pot with a lid, place on the stove and turn on medium heat.

When the arrow of the controller reaches the green fields, reduce heat to low and cook 15 minutes.

After the time check the readiness of the soup, you may need five minutes more, it depends on the size of chopped vegetables and rice.

Squeeze in the garlic soup.

Pour the ready soup with hot boiled water, bringing it to the desired consistency, then heat over medium heat until boiling, but do not boil.
