Fish soup
Finally at the cottage nachala "pepper" season! And the kids caught fish small fry... you Can cook Halele! It's certainly not a classic recipe. But as every self-respecting hostess has "their" recipe of the soup, and each mallarky there's a recipe halele. This recipe gave me Elena Varga - the sweetest woman of the glorious city of Gyor.

Clean, wash, gutting fish. Be sure to remove the gills. Pour the fish 2 liters of water and cook on slow heat for at least 2 hours... We need a thick fish broth.

Remove the fillets from all bones. Try to remove even the smallest. Until we remove it in the refrigerator. Fillet you will need it later.

While cooking the soup, prepare our other ingredients. Wash and peel the vegetables.

Put on to cook rice.

When cooked broth take out a whole fish trifle, and strain through a fairly fine sieve to get a clear broth. Take the skillet with non-stick coating (we cook our soup) and fry in vegetable oil until vegetables are tender.

Pour the vegetable broth.

Very carefully select the meat from the fish stuff and also add it to the soup.
