Bomb!!! Awesome balanced sweet and sour taste!!! Perfectly quenches thirst and light summer hunger!!! Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Brew

    1 l

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Peach

    3 piece

  • Plum

    10 piece

  • Kumquat

    3 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Ginger

    1 slice

Here are our ingredients plus ginger.

With pineapple, drain the syrup.

Apple peeled cored, cut into dice. Put in a salad bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice and stir.

Peaches to release from the bones and cut into cubes. Put in a salad bowl.

Add to the bowl of pineapple.

Kumquat cut into slices, removing seeds. Banana peel and, depending on size, cut into half rings or less.

Plum to release from the bones and chop.

A piece of ginger RUB on a fine grater. Mix well hodgepodge.

I poured white kvas directly to the plate, in this case a Cup. My girls ate the soup with a dark Ochakov kvass. And I love fruity hash it with white brew!!! I don't even know what to compare the taste... something like pickled apples or fruit in white wine...
