Cooking
For the filling, finely chop the tomato and bacon, on a coarse grater grate the cheese.
Add the whey and olive oil.
In two steps you enter the sifted flour with the baking powder.
In the dough add the filling, stir.
Thoroughly grease the cake pan with vegetable oil and pour the dough. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 50 - 55 minutes. The cupcake is delicious, both hot and cold. I cut it hot, so in the photo it's slightly damp! The taste is not affected!
