Cherry pudding with semolina and cinnamon
Incredibly delicious casserole!!! Come on in, help yourselves, you'll love it!!!

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    400 g

  • Semolina

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Butter

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Salt

Cooking

Milk to boil, pour into it semolina and cook, stirring constantly, 8 minutes. Then add the butter and a pinch of salt, stir, remove from heat and allow to cool.

Separate the yolks from the whites.

Grind the yolks with 2 spoons of sugar and cinnamon. Add to the semolina, mix well.

Beat the whites to a froth, add to the semolina and stir gently.

Add the cherries, stir and arrange in molds. Pour sour cream, sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar. A delicious casserole ready! Bon appétit!!!
