Love marmalade, but never dared to cook it myself. Recently discovered unusual sugar: sugar for jam and marmalade, it contains fruit pectin. Pectin helps to thicken the marmalade with less sugar and cooking time. Maybe someone will also be useful to recipe:)

Cooking
Peel the carrots, grate on a fine grater. And grate a little lemon peel.
Pour into a saucepan the orange juice can be freshly squeezed, but I bought in the store without sugar. Add the carrots and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Then add the zest and lemon juice.
Add sugar (I have sugar Dansukker), cook for another 15 minutes.
Allow to cool to try! :) From this quantity of ingredients is obtained, two such silver marmalade.
I have no special molds and jars of marmalade, so we eat all at once))) If you flip, you will see that it holds its shape and has a shiny surface) of the Piece, however, already eaten)
