Creme caramel
In my opinion, a very interesting dessert and delicious! But all tastes are different, so judge for yourself. The site found 1 version of this dish, but my is different, and decided to post it for your consideration.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Lemon peel

1. Eggs (room temperature), half a Cup of sugar and vanilla beat into a thick foam (sugar introduced gradually).

2. The milk is heated to 30-35*. A thin stream pour the egg foam, while continuing to whisk.

3. Add the zest of one lemon.

4. Of 1/3 Cup sugar to make caramel (pour into the pan and melt on medium heat until light brown, stirring constantly. The main thing not to overdo, otherwise it will taste bitter!)

5. Immediately pour into the bottom of the form for our dessert.

6. Pour on top of the egg-milk mixture. Put the form in a pan of larger diameter heated to 35* water and put in the oven at a temperature of 150*C for 40-50 minutes. If the water in the pan boils, then pour it boiling water.

7. Remove from oven, allow to cool and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

8. Then gently separate from the walls of the mold, cover the dish and quickly flip. To serve chilled. BON APPÉTIT!!!
