Cooking
Broth to cook in advance, you can use a vegetable or any meat.
For making the balls use buckwheat flakes from Mistral. They need a little grind using a blender.
The carrots and onions to grate.
To buckwheat flakes add the egg, salt, spices to taste.
Add the chopped onion and carrot, mix well.
Add whole grain flour, mix well.
