  • Cereals buckwheat

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    1 Tbsp

Broth to cook in advance, you can use a vegetable or any meat.

For making the balls use buckwheat flakes from Mistral. They need a little grind using a blender.

The carrots and onions to grate.

To buckwheat flakes add the egg, salt, spices to taste.
